摘  要:为避免大面积停电和断电对现代化生产造成影响,对电力系统的供电质量和可靠性提出了新的更高要求。基于GSM网设计了电力系统配网线路运行安全监控系统。在硬件设计上,设计了数据接口电路,减少了非必要电压对通信的干扰。在软件设计上,基于GSM网分相校正配网线路的功率,建立网络模型监控线路的运行安全,从而完成了电力系统配网线路运行安全监控系统的设计。实验结果表明,在五开四段的配电网线路运行监测中,该系统可通过终端通信进行电能数据的读取,可对发生故障的电路及时给出最佳的备用电源供给路线,保证了用户用电的可靠性,具有良好的实际应用价值。In order to avoid the impact of large-scale power failure and power failure on modern production,the new and higher requirements are put forward for the power supply quality and reliability of power system. Based on GSM network,a power system distribution network line operation safety monitoring system is designed. In the hardware design,the data interface circuit is designed to reduce the interference of unnecessary voltage to communication. In the software design,the power of distribution network line is corrected based on GSM network phase separation,and the network model is established to monitor the operation safety of the line,so as to complete the design of the power system distribution network line operation safety monitoring system. The experimental results show that the system can read the power data through terminal communication in the operation monitoring of five open four section distribution network lines,and can give the best standby power supply route to the faulty circuit in time,which ensures the reliability of users’ power consumption and has good practical application value.
