生产工艺对异步电动机力能指标的影响分析

摘  要:异步电动机力能指标受多个因素影响,其中生产工艺是较为重要的一项影响因素。生产工艺会从异步电动机空载和满载两种状态下改变异步电动机的功率因数,并会造成异步电动机的转矩峰值波动。通过分析异步电动机中涡流损耗量可知,生产工艺会影响异步电动机的效率。明确生产工艺对异步电动机力能指标的具体影响,这对今后优化异步电动机的生产工艺具有良好的借鉴作用。The force and energy index of asynchronous motor is affected by many factors,among which the production process is an important factor. The production process can change the power factor of asynchronous motor from the no-load and full-load states,and can cause the torque peak fluctuation of asynchronous motor. By analyzing the eddy current loss in asynchronous motor,it can be seen that the production process can affect the efficiency of asynchronous motor. The specific influence of production process on the force and energy index of asynchronous motor is clarified,which has a good reference for optimizing the production process of asynchronous motor in the future.
