《扁鹊心书》中命关穴的考证与探析

摘　　要：《扁鹊心书》载命关穴能"治三十六种脾病",且"能保固不死",然而考查历代针灸医籍发现,此穴名称及该应用仅见于《扁鹊心书》一书,故对"命关"一穴进行考证分析,并整理研究《扁鹊心书》中有关命关穴的内容,结合其他文献及现代研究应用,明确了命关穴即食窦穴、其证治颇广,尤效于脾胃病证,在水肿、情志病及危急重症的治疗上也能发挥作用。It is stated in Bian Que Heart Book that Mingguan point can“cure thirty-six kinds of spleen diseases”and“save a being from death”.However,after examining the medical books of acupuncture and moxibustion in the past dynasties,it is found that its name and applications can only be found in this work.Therefore,this paper makes a textual research and analysis on the point,sorts out and studies its contents in Bian Que Heart Book,and combines the other related literature and modern research and applications,fi nding out that Mingguan point is actually the so-called Shidou point,which can treat a wide range of syndromes,especially ef fective for spleen and stomach diseases,and can also play a role in the treatment of edema,emotional diseases and critical diseases.
