摘  要:先天伏寒证是由全国名中医黄永生教授提出的一种病因学假说,黄永生教授认为,"男女媾精,阳气不足,寒伏于内",即先天伏寒。此类患者以乏力、口干、心烦、足凉、太息"五大主症"为临床特征。其治则可概括为温补肾阳,驱除寒邪。而附子为峻猛温阳之品,在本证的治疗中起关键作用。黄永生教授对先天伏寒证的诊治有着独到见解,尤善使用附子驱除寒邪。本研究通过对黄永生教授工作室先天伏寒证患者的病例进行研究分析,总结附子在治疗先天伏寒证中的用药规律,以便更好地指导临床。The congenital latent cold syndrome is a etiology hypothesis put forward by Professor Huang Yongsheng,a national famous Chinese medicine doctor in China.He believes that“men and women have sex,and yang qi gets defi cient consequently,leading to cold pathogens hiding in the body”,which is known as congenital latent cold pathogens.Patients with the syndrome are clinically characterized by the“five major symptoms”of fatigue,dry mouth,dysphoria,cold feet,and sighing.Its treatment principle can be summarized as warmly invigorating kidney yang and expelling cold pathogens.Prepared common monkshood branched root,which can drastically warm kidney yang,plays a key role in the treatment of this syndrome.Professor Huang Yongsheng comes to form unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of the congenital latent cold syndrome,and is especially good at using prepared common monkshood branched root to dispel cold pathogens.This study analyzes the cases of patients with this syndrome treated by Professor Huang Yongsheng and summarizes his medication rules so as to better guide future clinical practice.
