摘  要:目的本研究通过建立豚鼠烫伤模型,验证烫伤药膏对烫伤的愈合效果;通过小鼠镇痛实验,验证烫伤药膏对烫伤的镇痛效果。方法构建豚鼠烫伤模型,将试验组分为烫伤膏低剂量、烫伤膏中剂量、烫伤膏高剂量、市售烫伤膏、阳性对照组和凡士林组,通过观察各组烫伤部位的变化和对其烫伤部位病理切片的检测,探究烫伤膏对烫伤的治愈效果;分组进行小鼠的镇痛试验,验证烫伤膏对烫伤部位的镇痛的效果。结果烫豚鼠伤模型烫伤部位的愈合速度和病理切片结果,表明低剂量时,伤口愈合速度最快;小鼠镇痛实验,低剂量时镇痛效果最佳。结论成功构建了豚鼠烫伤模型,并验证了烫伤药膏具有明显的治愈烫伤及镇痛的效果,且含量是低剂量时,药效最佳。Objective To validate the healing effect of a scald ointment on burn injuries by establishing a guinea pig scald model and to validate its analgesic effect by conducting analgesic experiments in mice.Methods A guinea pig scald model was established and the subjects were correspondingly divided into low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose scald ointment groups,a common scald ointment group,a positive control group and a vaseline group.The curative effect of the scald ointment was explored by observing the changes in the burn injuries and detecting the pathological sections in each group.The analgesic effect of the scald ointment on the burn injuries was validated by conducting analgesic tests in mice of each group.Results The healing rate and pathological results of the injuries in the model groups showed that the wound healed fastest at the low dose.The analgesic experiments in mice showed that the analgesic effect was best at the low dose.Conclusion The guinea pig scald model is successfully constructed in the study,and the scald ointment is proved to have obvious effects on burn healing and analgesia,and the effect is the best with the low dosage.
