摘  要:为明确甲酸乙酯和异硫氰酸甲酯混剂(质量比97∶3)对菜豆象不同虫态的熏蒸效果,本文采用广口瓶密闭熏蒸法,测定了甲酸乙酯和异硫氰酸甲酯混剂(质量比97∶3)在不同浓度、时间和温度条件下对菜豆象的熏蒸效果。结果表明:处理时间和温度显著影响了甲酸乙酯和异硫氰酸甲酯混剂对菜豆象成虫的熏蒸效果;在25℃条件下,浓度为20μL/L处理60 h以上,菜豆象成虫的校正死亡率可达到100%;相对低温(15~20℃)的熏蒸效果比相对高温(25~35℃)的熏蒸效果好,当熏蒸温度为20℃时,该混剂对菜豆象的熏蒸效果由高到低依次是卵>成虫>幼虫>蛹。In order to determine the fumigation activities effect of ethyl formate plus methyl isothiocyanate(mass ratio 97∶3)on the egg,larva,pupae and adult of Acanthoscelides obtectus(Say),we sealed jar to fumigate A.obtectus.The killing effects of mixed fumigation of ethyl formate plus methyl isothiocyanate(mass ratio 97∶3)on A.obtectus were measured under different concentrations,time and temperature conditions.The results showed that the treatment time and temperature significantly affected the mixed fumigation on the adults of A.obtectus.The corrected mortality of adults could reach 100%when treated with concentration of 20μL/L for more than 60 hours at 25℃.The fumigation effect at relatively low temperature(15~20℃)was better than that at relatively high temperature(25~35℃).When the fumigation temperature was 20℃,the fumigation effect of the mixture fumigation was egg>adult>larva>pupae in descending order.
