摘  要:提出一种新的筛面动力学研究方法,探究纵向−横向耦合激励作用下的弛张筛面的振动特征。首先,建立受到纵向−横向耦合激励下的弦振动模型;其次,建立筛面振动的能量方程,利用Hamilton原理建立振动的偏微分方程,用有限元法将偏微分方程转化为常微分方程,并用MATLAB求得数值解;第三,利用ABAQUS建立筛面振动的仿真模型,并导出模拟结果,与理论计算结果对比验证理论的正确性;最后,研究筛面在纵向−横向耦合激励作用下的动力学特性,并分析不同横向激励对筛面横向振动的影响。研究结果表明:在耦合激励作用下,弛张筛面在纵向与横向上均作近似周期振动,且横向激励对弛张筛筛面振动有较大影响;随着横向激励增大,筛面中点处横向振幅由27.43 mm增大到54.25 mm,振动周期由0.21 s减小到0.10 s,加速度则由10.3g增加到43.6g,筛面的振动强度显著增强。A new dynamic analysis method was proposed to investigate the vibration characteristics of flip-flow screen panel with the axial-lateral coupling excitation.Firstly,a string vibration model with axial-lateral coupling excitation was established.Secondly,the energy equation of screen panels′vibration was established and the Hamilton principle was used to establish the partial differential equations of vibration.The partial differential equations were transformed into ordinary differential equations by the finite method.Thirdly,ABAQUS was used to set a screen panel vibration simulation model and the simulation results were compared with the theoretical calculation results.Finally,the dynamic characteristics of the screen panel and the effect of different-amplitude lateral excitation were investigated.The results show that the flip-flow screen panel vibrates periodically in axial and lateral directions with the coupling excitation.The amplitude of the lateral excitation significantly affects the vibration of the flip-flow screen panel.With the increase of lateral excitation amplitude,the vibration amplitude at the midpoint increases from 27.43 mm to 54.25 mm,the vibration period reduces from 0.21 s to 0.10 s and acceleration increases from 10.3g to 43.6g,which enhances the vibration intensity of screen panel.
