摘 要:为实现地下洞室复杂水工结构的快速、准确配筋,提出一种基于有限元计算结果的数值配筋方法。首先,采用三维损伤非线性有限元,考虑围岩与衬砌的联合承载作用,提出地下洞室复杂水工结构与围岩相互作用的非线性损伤分析方法;其次,基于平面和六面体单元相交的拓扑关系,提取地下洞室复杂水工结构任意断面轮廓线和相应配筋截面;第三,基于有限元计算结构应力,构建分段二次插值函数,获得复杂配筋截面的非线性应力分布图形,在此基础上按照现有规范进行结构配筋;最后,采用Python编程语言和AutoCAD开发自动化配筋软件平台,并将该方法应用于拉哇水电站复杂闸室结构的配筋实践。研究结果表明:本文提出的方法对水工结构的各种复杂断面均具备较好的适应性,能够实现“杆系结构”和“非杆系结构”的自动化配筋计算和结果绘制;所构建的截面应力分布图形能够反映结构在复杂受力情况下的非线性应力分布特性;该方法能够为地下工程中的复杂水工结构的配筋设计提供一个有效手段。To rapidly and accurately conduct the reinforcement of complex hydraulic structures in underground caverns,a numerical reinforcement method based on the finite-element-calculated results was proposed.Firstly,considering the combined bearing effect of surrounding rock and lining,a non-linear damage analysis method for the interaction between complex hydraulic structures and surrounding rock in underground caverns was proposed adopting 3-D damage non-linear FEM.Secondly,on the basis of the topological relationship of the intersection between a cut-plane and a hexahedral element,the contour lines of arbitrary cross-sections of complex hydraulic structures in underground caverns and corresponding reinforcement sections was extracted.Thirdly,according to the structural stress calculated by FEM,non-linear stress distribution graph(NLSDG)of a complex reinforcement section was obtained by constructing piecewise quadratic interpolation functions.According to the sections'NLSDG,the structural reinforcement could be conducted in terms of existing specifications.Finally,a software platform for automatic reinforcement was developed by utilizing Python programming language and AutoCAD.The numerical reinforcement method was applied in the reinforcement practices of the complex chamber structure in the LaWa hydropower station.The results show that the proposed method has fine adaptability for all kinds of complex cross-sections of hydraulic structures and it can realize the automatic reinforcement calculation and results plotting both for bar structures and non-bar structures.The sections'NLSDG constructed can reflect the non-linear stress distribution characteristics of structures under complex force conditions.This method can provide an effective method for the reinforcement design of complex hydraulic structures in underground engineering.
