摘 要:为了处理水体中的铊,采用复合盐高温煅烧原生矿物制备高活性的硅铝酸盐,并通过高铁酸钾与硅铝酸盐水热偶合制备铊处理剂(FSAM)。通过SEM-EDX,FTIR和XRD对吸附前后的铊处理剂进行表征,采用BET分析材料的比表面积和孔径,研究吸附剂投加量、溶液初始pH和质量浓度、反应时间、反应温度对此吸附剂的吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明:当初始溶液质量浓度为10 mg/L,pH=6.0时,吸附剂对铊(Ⅰ)的去除率高达97%以上;当吸附剂质量浓度为1.0 g/L时,该材料对铊(Ⅰ)的移除率达92%以上,最佳吸附平衡时间为180 min;拟二级动力学模型适合描述铊处理剂对铊(I)的吸附过程。等温吸附实验结果与Langmuir等温吸附方程拟合所得结果相符,推测其为单分子层吸附。吸附热力学实验结果表明吸附过程为自发、吸热过程;氧化、沉淀以及材料表面羟基的络合作用是Tl(I)去除的主要机制。Thallium(I)treatment agent(FSAM)was prepared for removal of thallium(I)in water by combining ferrate with active silicoaluminate that was prepared from high-temperature calcined primary minerals and composite salts.The thallium(I)treatment agent before and after adsorption was characterized and analyzed by SEM-EDX,FTIR,and XRD,and the specific surface area and the pore size of the material were analyzed by the BET.The influencing factors including dosage of the adsorbent,the initial pH and concentration of the solution,the reaction time and temperature on the adsorption performance of the adsorbent were also investigated.The results show that when the initial solution is 10 mg/L and pH=6.0,the adsorbent can remove more than 97%of thallium(I).When the adsorbent concentration is 1.0 g/L,the removal rate of the material for Tl(I)is above 92%,and the optimal adsorption equilibrium time is 180 min.The pseudo-second-order kinetic model is suitable to describe the adsorption process of thallium(I)by the thallium(I)treatment agent,and the result of isotherm adsorption experiments is more consistent with that of the Langmuir equation,which is inferred to be monolayer adsorption.The adsorption thermodynamic results indicate that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic.Oxidation,precipitation,and surface hydroxyl complexation of the material are the main mechanisms of Tl(I)removal.
