摘  要:为实现废渣的资源化利用,使用矿渣替代部分偏高岭土制备地聚物混凝土。采用固液萃取法测定不同激发剂模数(M)和矿渣掺量(S)下偏高岭土基地聚物的孔溶液pH,分析激发剂模数和矿渣掺量对地聚物孔溶液碱度变化的影响机理,并通过考察矿渣/偏高岭土复合凝胶的早期放热行为以及偏高岭土的反应水平,研究矿渣对偏高岭土地质聚合行为的影响规律。研究结果表明:在激发剂质量分数为35%,激发剂模数为1.0~1.8时,固液萃取法测试得到的纯偏高岭土基地聚物孔溶液表观pH在11.75~12.05之间,其对应的真实pH超过12.75;激发剂模数降低或矿渣掺量增加,均会使地聚物孔溶液pH升高,表明降低激发剂模数以及掺入矿渣均可以提高地聚物的初始碱度,增强结构的稳定性,阻止外界物质侵蚀;矿渣能够使复合体系的碱激发反应更加有序,提高偏高岭土的整体反应水平,使微观结构更加致密。In order to realize the resource utilization of slag,slag was used instead of metakaolin to produce geopolymer concrete.The pH of pore solution of metakaolin geopolymer was determined by solid-liquid extraction method with different activator modulus(M)and slag contents(S).The mechanism of activator modulus and slag content on the alkalinity of geopolymer pore solution was analyzed.By investigating the exothermic behavior of alkali activated slag/metakaolin composite gel and the reaction level of metakaolin,the effect of slag content on the geopolymerization behavior of metakaolin was studied.The results show that the apparent pH of metakaolin-based geopolymer pore solution measured by solid-liquid extraction method is 11.75−12.05,and the corresponding real pH is over 12.75 when mass fraction of activator is 35%and activater modulus is 1.0−1.8.The pH of geopolymer pore solution increases with the decrease of activator modulus or the increase of slag content,which indicates that the reduction of activator modulus and the addition of slag can improve the initial alkalinity of geopolymer,increase the structural stability and prevent the erosion of external substances.Slag can make the reaction of the composite system more orderly,promote the reaction level of metakaolin,and make the microstructure more compactable.
