摘 要:随着工业互联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术与矿业领域传统工艺技术的不断融合发展,选矿流程数字化、智能化成为行业发展趋势。数字孪生技术与选矿工艺相结合建立数字仿真平台,将提升设备改进、流程优化、智能控制等在选矿全生产周期的应用效果。介绍了数字孪生技术在流程工业应用中的发展历史及趋势,以及不同数字化模型在黄金选矿流程中的应用潜力。结合工业实践介绍了几种黄金选矿流程数字孪生模型的应用场景,探索数字孪生技术在黄金选矿中的应用前景。With the integration of new generation information technology such as industrial internet,big data and artificial intelligence,and traditional process technology in the mining industry,the digital and intelligent upgrade of the mineral processing has become the development trend.Through the combination of digital twin technology and the process of mineral processing,a digital simulation platform is established and will enhance the application effect of equipment improvement,process optimization and intelligent control in the whole production cycle of a concentrator.This paper introduced the development history and trend of digital twin technology application in process industry,and the application potential of different digital models in gold processing.Several application scenarios of digital twin models in gold processing based on industrial practices are introduced,exploring the prospects of digital twin technology in gold processing.
