中共中央领导集体对台工作的历史经验及其启示意义

摘　　要：解决台湾问题、实现国家统一是中国共产党的重要历史使命。中共中央领导集体为此不懈努力,制定出一整套对台工作大政方针,并在实践中不断加以完善和创新,坚决粉碎“台独”分裂图谋、挫败外国势力干涉企图,确保了两岸关系和平发展的基本局面,有效维护了国家统一。在推进国家统一进程的过程中,中共中央领导集体对台工作逐渐形成了坚持底线思维、顺应时代主题调整对台方略、坚持扩大机遇和管控危机的工作思路、坚持从人民利益出发调整政策及坚持多样化的工作方式等宝贵历史经验。这些历史经验是中共中央领导集体卓越政治智慧的反映,对于进一步维护和发展新时代两岸关系具有重要启示意义。Solving the Taiwan problem and realizing national reunification is an important historical mission of the Communist Party of China.The leading collective of the CPC Central Committee has made unremitting efforts to this end,formulated a set of major policies and guidelines for Taiwan work,continuously improved and innovated them in practice,resolutely smashed the separatist plot of“Taiwan independence”and thwarted the attempts of foreign forces to interfere,ensured the basic situation of the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and effectively safeguarded national reunification.In the process of promoting the process of national reunification,the leading collective of the CPC Central Committee has gradually formed valuable historical experience in its work on Taiwan,such as adhering to the bottom line thinking,adjusting its strategy for Taiwan in accordance with the theme of the times,expanding opportunities and managing and controlling crises,adjusting policies from the interests of the people and adhering to diversified working methods.These historical experience reflects the outstanding political wisdom of the leading collective of the CPC Central Committee and have important enlightenment significance for further maintaining and developing cross-Strait relations in the new era.
