摘  要:针对高炉炉渣中Al_(2)O_(3)含量(质量分数)偏高导致炉渣黏度增大、流动性变差、脱硫能力下降的问题,利用双层石墨坩埚模拟铁液滴下穿过炉渣的过程,探究了R[w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))],w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))和w(Al_(2)O_(3))对高Al_(2)O_(3)型CaO-SiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)四元高炉渣系脱硫能力的影响.当w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))=0.50,w(Al_(2)O_(3))=20%时,R由1.05提高到1.35,炉渣的脱硫能力增强;当w(Al_(2)O_(3))=20%,R=1.30时,w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))由0.25提高到0.55,炉渣的脱硫能力增强;当w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))=0.40,R=1.30时,w(Al_(2)O_(3))由12%提高到20%,炉渣的脱硫能力下降.The high content of Al_(2)O_(3)(mass fraction)in blast furnace slag leads to the increase of slag viscosity,deterioration of fluidity and decrease of desulfurization ability.The effect of R[w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))],w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))and w(Al_(2)O_(3))on the desulfurization ability of high Al_(2)O_(3) type CaO-SiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) quaternary blast furnace slag system was investigated by using a double⁃layer graphite crucible to simulate the process of iron dropping down through the slag.When w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))=0.50 and w(Al_(2)O_(3))=20%,R increases from 1.05 to 1.35,the desulfurization ability of slag increases with the increase of R.When w(Al_(2)O_(3))=20%and R=1.30,w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))increases from 0.25 to 0.55,the desulfurization ability of slag increases with the increase of w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3)).When w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))=0.40 and R=1.30,w(Al_(2)O_(3))increases from 12%to 20%,the desulfurization ability of slag decreases with the increase of w(Al_(2)O_(3)).
