摘  要:针对受城市供水调节水量影响水厂需要开停机的情况,通过观察机组开机和停机后1小时内水质在线仪表数据变化情况,研究了机组开停机对于水质在线浊度和在线余氯仪表的影响。同时探讨了在机组开停机后,稳流箱对于水质在线仪表的作用。结果表明:机组开机后,在线浊度有2分钟左右的剧烈波动,在线余氯受水流波动影响较小;机组停机后,在线浊度仪和在线余氯仪水流波动影响较小;安装稳流箱后减小了开机时在线浊度仪表数据波动区间。In view of water plantsunit need to start-up and shutdown due to the regulated water supply of the city,By observing the change of the water quality online meters data within 1 hour after the unit start-up and shutdown,To research the effects of unit start-up and shutdown on water quality on-line turbidity and on-line residual chlorine meter.At the same time,the role of steady flow box for water quality online instrumentation was discussed after the unit start-up and shutdown.The results showed that Online turbidity has dramatically fluctuates for about 2 minutes after the unit start-up,Online residual chlorine is less affected by the water fluctuates;Online turbidity and Online residual chlorine are less affected by the water fluctuates after the unit shutdown;The steady flow box reduces the fluctuation interval of the online turbidity meter data at the unit power-on.
