摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞癌中的T-cadherin表达与肿瘤复发转移相关性。方法选取2018年12月~2020年5月我院及广东医科大学附属医院收治的肝细胞癌(HCC)患者200例,运用免疫组化法检测T-cadherin的表达情况,观察并分析T-cadherin蛋白在肝癌组织与癌旁组织、复发或不复发、转移或不转移、高分化和低分化癌组织患者中的表达。结果T-cadherin在肝癌组织中阳性表达率低于癌旁组织的阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高分化中Tcadherin异常表达率稍高于低分化中T-cadherin异常表达率,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复发和转移中T-cadherin异常与缺失表达率明显高于不复发或不转移T-cadherin异常与缺失表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T-cadherin在HCC中的表达与肿瘤复发转移相关,T-cadherin的表达可作为预后的关键标志物和药物干预的靶点。Objective To investigate the correlation of T-cadherin expression and tumor recurrence and metastasis in hepa‐tocellular carcinoma.Methods 200 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)admitted to our hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from December 2018 to May 2020 were selected.The T-cadherin expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression of T-cadherin protein in HCC and para-cancerous tissue,cases of recurrence and non-recurrence,cases of metastasis and non-metastasis,highly and poorly differentiated carcinoma were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of T-cadherin in HCC tissues was significantly lower than that in para cancerous tissues(P<0.05).The abnormal expression rate of T-cadherin in highly differentiated carcinoma is slightly higher than that in poorly differentiated carcinoma,yet the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).The abnormal and loss expression rates of T-cadherin in recurrence and metastasis cases were significantly higher than those in non-recurrence or non-metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The T-cadherin expression in HCC is correlated with tumor recurrence and metas‐tasis,and can thus serve as a key marker for prognosis and a target for pharmacological intervention.
