黄龙固本汤对2型糖尿病肾病早期患者炎症指标与肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄龙固本汤对2型糖尿病肾病早期患者炎症指标与肾功能的影响。方法:93例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均行一般对症治疗,观察组在此基础上服用黄龙固本汤。4周为1个疗程,均连续治疗2个疗程。对比两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2 hPG)和糖化血红蛋白值(HbA1c)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(UA)、血尿素氮(BUN)含量、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)以及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)含量。结果:观察组疗效分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清SCr、UA、BUN含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清hs-CRP、PCT、TGF-β1含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄龙固本汤对2型糖尿病肾病早期患者疗效较好,可显著改善临床症状并调节糖代谢,改善肾功能,减轻机体微炎症状态,并缓解肾脏损伤。Objective:To explore the effect of Huanglong Guben Decoction(黄龙固本汤)on inflammatory indexes and renal function in patients with early stage type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:93 patients with early stage type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Both groups received general symptomatic treatment,and the observation group received Huanglong Guben Decoction on this basis.A course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.The treatment lasted for 2 courses.The scores of TCM syndromes,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood creatinine(SCr),blood uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)content,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)content were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The curative effect classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the serum SCr,UA,and BUN levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the serum hs-CRP,PCT and TGF-β1 levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Huanglong Guben Decoction has a good effect on patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in the early stage.It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and regulate glucose metabolism,improve renal function,reduce the body’s micro-inflammatory state and relieve kidney damage.
