摘　　要：隐源性机化性肺炎属中医学肺痿或肺痹范畴。张伟教授认为肺络癥积为该病的基本病机,以“消补兼施”立法论治,拟太圣清肺膏加减为主方,并在主方的基础上辨证进行加减化裁,配合糖皮质激素予以治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效。对其经验进行总结,并举例临证验案加以说明。Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia(COP)belongs to the category of pulmonary dysfunction or pulmonary palsy in Chinese medicine.Professor ZHANG Wei believes that pulmonary collateral syndrome is the basic pathogenesis of the disease,and the treatment is based on the“elimination and supplementation”.Taisheng Qingfei Paste(太圣清肺膏)is used as the main prescription,and on the basis of the main prescription,modification is made based on syndrome differentiation,which achieves good clinical efficacy combined with glucocorticoid treatment.The experience is summarized and illustrated with examples.
