摘 要:为了探讨漂白粉在孔雀鱼养殖生产中的使用安全性,进行了漂白粉对孔雀鱼幼鱼的急性毒性试验,测定了漂白粉对孔雀鱼幼鱼的半致死浓度和安全浓度。结果表明,漂白粉对孔雀鱼幼鱼的24,48,96 h半致死浓度均为17.8 g/m^(3),安全浓度为5.34 g/m^(3),其中安全浓度高于漂白粉常用的泼洒浓度(1.0~1.5 g/m^(3)),但低于其浸浴消毒浓度(10~20 g/m^(3))。说明漂白粉在孔雀鱼养殖生产和病害防治中可以进行常规的泼洒消毒使用,但是在浸浴消毒时应谨慎使用。In order to explore the safety of bleaching powder in the culture and production of guppy, the acute toxicity test of bleaching powder on guppy juvenile fish was carried out, and the half lethal concentration and safe concentration of bleaching powder on guppy juvenile fish were determined. The results showed that the half lethal concentration of bleaching powder on guppy juvenile fish at 24 h, 48 h and 96 h was 17.8 g/m^(3), and the safe concentration was 5.34 g/m^(3). The safe concentration was higher than the common sprinkling concentration of bleaching powder(1.0-1.5 g/m^(3)), but lower than its bath disinfection concentration(10-20 g/m^(3)). These results show that bleaching powder can be used for routine sprinkling disinfection in guppy juvenile fish breeding production and disease control, but it should be used carefully in bath disinfection.
