摘 要:SCO炉是最接近焦炉实际的模拟焦化炉,为了更好地掌握焦炉内焦炭硫分的空间分布规律,选取山西灵石肥煤(LS)为研究对象,采用70 kg SCO炉炼焦,利用湿法化学分析方法结合XPS技术研究焦炭中硫的空间分布规律。结果表明,SCO炉上方焦样,沿着径向方向全硫逐渐升高,硫酸盐硫逐渐降低;SCO炉下方焦样,沿着径向方向,全硫呈现出先降低后升高的趋势。焦中的硫以有机硫为主。SCO炉内,当中心温度达到700℃时,有机硫沿径向方向呈先降低后升高的趋势;而在轴向方向,底部的有机硫高于顶部的有机硫。炉子中心硫铁矿硫较低,而有机硫较高,沿着径向方向,随着温度升高,有机硫减少而无机硫化物质量分数增加。由于下层样品受热温度相对滞后,SCO炉内下层焦炭硫分总体高于上层焦炭的硫分。The simulated coke oven(SCO)is the closest to the actual coke oven.In order to better grasp the dimensional distribution of coke sulfur in the coke oven,Shanxi Lingshi fat Coal(LS)was selected as the research object,and 70 kg SCO was used for coking.The dimensional distribution of sulfur in coke was studied with chemical wet method and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that at the top of oven,the total sulfur of coke gradually increases and the sulfur sulfate decreases along the radial direction.At the bottom of SCO,the total sulfur of coke appears to be decreased firstly and increased subsequently along the radial direction.The sulfur in the coke is mainly organic sulfur.In SCO,when the center temperature reaches 700℃,organic sulfur decreases firstly along the radial direction and then rises.In the axial direction,the organic sulfur at the bottom is higher than that at the top.Pyrite sulfur is lower and organic sulfur is higher in the heart of the oven.Along the radial direction,as the temperature increases,organic sulfur decreases and inorganic sulfide increases.Due to the relatively delayed heating temperature at the bottom sample,the sulfur content of the bottom coke in the SCO is higher than that of the coke at the top of the oven.
