摘  要:基于含缺陷压力管道安全评定的相关国家标准,针对油气运输管道上存在的各种常见缺陷,利用Python编程语言开发出一款可视化的含缺陷压力管道安全评定系统。依据现场检测条件,选择不同的评估标准进行综合分析,为工程技术人员的初步评定提供快捷准确的途径。通过输入多缺陷参数或导入缺陷参数数据文件,实现同类型多个缺陷或批量缺陷同时评定的功能。利用ANSYS软件,对局部减薄缺陷进行仿真分析,验证了评定系统计算结果的可靠性。Based on the relevant national standards for the safety assessment of pressure pipelines with defects,and for various common defects in oil and gas transportation pipelines,the python programming language was employed to develop a visual safety assessment system for pressure pipelines with defects.According to on-site testing conditions,different evaluation standards were selected for comprehensive analysis,which provides a quick and accurate way for the preliminary evaluation of engineers and technicians.By inputting multiple defect parameters or importing defect parameter data files,the function of simultaneous assessment of multiple defects of the same type or batch defects can be realized.ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the local thinning defects was implemented to verify the reliability of the calculation results of the evaluation system.
