“西药中用”现状与思考

摘　　要：“西药中用”是基于中医理论体系认识西药的中医药属性,再根据辨证原则临床应用西药。“西药中用”渊源已久,用中医理论对某一类西药的性味功效进行归纳总结的研究思路,可以使中西医之间更好地相互借鉴、补充。通过论述西药治疗不同中医证型同一疾病的疗效观察、“西药中用”的临床评价方法、“西药中用”的复方配伍、西药的中药药性、基于中医理论探讨西药应用思维模式等内容,提出“西药中用”认识能够有效指导中医辨证使用西药,从中西医结合角度定位和联合运用中西药,解决经西医诊疗后患者所出现的各种临床问题,扩展西药的应用范围,选择西药适用人群,整体提高临床个体化和精准化诊疗水平。“Application of western medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory”means to understand TCM properties of western medicine based on TCM theoretical system,and then to apply western medicine in clinic according to syndrome differentiation principles.It has a long history.The research idea of summarizing property,flavor and efficacy of a certain type of western medicine by using TCM theory can promote the mutual reference and supplement between traditonal Chinese and western medicine.Through analyzing the efficacy of western medicine on the same disease with different TCM syndrome types,the clinical evaluation method and the compound compatibility of“application of western medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine theory”,TCM property of western medicine,and the thinking mode of western medicine application based on TCM theory,etc.,it is believed that the understanding of“application of western medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine theory”can effectively guide the application of western medicine based on TCM syndrome differentiation,position and combine the use of Chinese and western medicine from the perspective of integrated Chinese and western medicine,solve various clinical problems encountered by TCM intervention of patients after western medicine diagnosis and treatment,select the suitable group of western medicine,and improve the clinical individualization and precision diagnosis and treatment levels.
