摘　　要：目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析张继泽辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床医案,探究其辨治CAG的规律。方法:收集2010年5月11日至2019年4月9日张继泽门诊诊治CAG的医案,共407例,运用集内关联规则方法进行研究。结果:407例医案共723诊次,临床症状232种,病机29种,药物261种。集内关联处理后,产生核心临床症状规则30组,舌象规则31组,脉象规则30组,病机规则31组,治法规则31组,药物规则32组。结论:嗳气、打嗝、泛酸、入寐难为CAG高频临床症状,苔薄白、舌质红为主要舌诊特征,弱脉、濡脉为特征脉象,肝胃不和、中虚气滞为核心病机,益气活血为主要治法,四君子汤、厚朴半夏汤、桂枝汤为常用方剂。Objective:Based on data mining technology,to analyze the clinical medical records of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)treated by ZHANG Jize,and to explore the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of CAG.Methods:Total 407 cases of CAG diagnosed and treated in ZHANG Jize’s outpatient clinic from May 11th,2010 to April 9th,2019 were collected and studied by using intra-set association rule method.Results:Total 407 medical cases,with 723 visits,232 kinds of clinical symptoms,29 kinds of pathogenesis and 261 kinds of medicines were collected.After the intra-cluster association processing,total 30 core symptom regularity,31 tongue manifestation regularity,30 pulse condition regularity,31 pathogenesis regularity,31 treatment regularity and 32 medication regularity were generated.Conclusions:Belching,hiccup,acid regurgitation and difficulty falling asleep are the high-frequency clinical symptoms of CAG.Thin white coating and red tongue are the main characteristics of tongue diagnosis,while weak pulse and soggy pulse are the characteristic pulse conditions.Liver and stomach disharmony,middle qi deficiency and qi stagnation are the core pathogenesis.The main treatment methods include replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation,Sijunzi Decoction(四君子汤),Hopu Banxia Decoction(厚朴半夏汤)and Guizhi Decoction(桂枝汤)as the common prescriptions.
