摘　　要：聚酯多元醇是合成聚氨酯树脂的重要原料之一,本文综述了近年来植物油聚酯多元醇的研究进展,不同的聚酯多元醇产品来自于不同的多元醇和多元酸原材料,具有不同的用途。植物油聚酯多元醇在聚氨酯的软泡、硬泡、涂料等生产中已得到广泛的应用,符合环保要求,具产业化前景;另外综述了制备催化剂的选择情况,由于聚酯多元醇制备的聚氨酯弹性体具有较好的耐老化、耐油、耐溶剂等机械性能、力学性能和高回弹性,其应用非常广泛,本文综述了国内聚酯多元醇所得聚氨酯在合成革、涂料、胶黏剂、泡沫\塑料、建筑、体育用品等领域的应用情况,并对其产业化市场前景进行了展望。Polyester polyols are one of the important raw materials for the synthesis of polyurethane resin.This paper reviews the research progress of vegetable oil polyester polyols in recent years.Different polyester polyols come from different raw materials of polyols and polyacids and have different uses.Vegetable oil polyester polyol has been widely used in the production of soft foam,hard foam and coating of polyurethane,which meets the requirements of environmental protection and has industrialization prospect.In addition,the selection of catalyst for preparation is reviewed.Polyurethane elastomers prepared by polyester polyols are widely used because of their good mechanical properties,mechanical properties and high resilience,such as aging resistance,oil resistance and solvent resistance.In this paper,the application of polyurethanes derived from polyester polyols in synthetic leather,coatings,adhesives,foams,construction,sports goods and other fields in China was reviewed,and the prospect of its industrial market was also prospected.
