摘　　要：目的:比较8个产地灵芝子实体中灵芝多糖、灵芝总三萜及麦角固醇的含量差异。方法:利用蒽酮-硫酸法测定灵芝多糖含量;香草醛-冰醋酸法测定灵芝三萜含量;高效液相色谱法对灵芝麦角固醇的含量进行测定。结果:不同产地灵芝中的灵芝多糖、灵芝总三萜及麦角固醇的含量具有明显差异,其中海南灵芝多糖含量最高,山东灵芝总三萜含量最高,山东灵芝麦角固醇含量最高。结论:不同产地的灵芝子实体,由于栽培条件、地理气候因素的不同,其含的三种有效成分含量之间存在明显不同。Objective:To compare the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides,Ganoderma lucidum total triterpenes and ergosterol in the fruit bodies of Ganoderma lucidum from 8 producing areas.Methods:The anthrone-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides;the vanillin-glacial acetic acid method was used to determine the content of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenes;and the HPLC method was used to determine the content of Ganoderma lucidum ergosterol.Results:The contents of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides,Ganoderma lucidum total triterpenoids and ergosterol in Ganoderma lucidum from different producing areas were significantly different.Among them,Hainan Ganoderma lucidum had the highest polysaccharide content,Shandong Ganoderma lucidum had the highest total triterpene content,and Shandong Ganoderma lucidum had the highest ergosterol content.Conclusion:Ganoderma lucidum fruit bodies from different producing areas have obvious differences in the content of three effective components due to different cultivation conditions and geographical and climatic factors.
