摘  要:带栓钉连接件型钢与混凝土的黏结主要通过化学胶着力、界面摩擦力以及机械咬合力共同作用实现,冻融循环作用将削弱界面的黏结性能。通过将静水压理论有机的融入混凝土冻融循环破坏过程,结合混凝土界面力学、黏着摩擦理论,分析冻融循环作用对两者界面黏结性能破坏的作用机理。结果表明:型钢混凝土受冻时界面产生的静水压力是胶着力、摩擦力破坏的主因,混凝土受冻胀裂导致栓钉抗剪承载能力下降,使冻融后两者界面的黏结强度迅速降低。基于常温下带栓钉连接件型钢混凝土推出试件的相关计算,提出了冻融循后带栓钉连接件型钢混凝土推出试件的承载能力计算式,计算式计算成果偏于安全。The bond between steel with stud connectors and concrete mainly includes gumming force,interface friction and mechanical bite force.The bond can be weakened after freezing and thawing.Based on the theory of hydrostatic pressure,bond friction and concrete interface mechanics,the mechanism of bond degradation after freeze-thaw cycling was investigated.The result show that the hydrostatic pressure on the interface between steel with stud connectors and concrete after freezing and thawing damages adhesion and friction,concrete cracking leading to a decrease in the shear capacity of the stud,which is the main reason of bond strength decreasing.According to the bearing capacity of steel concrete with stud connectors at state of nature,the calculation formula about freeze-thawing are put forward.The calculation results by the formula generally agree with the test results to a safe extent.
