摘 要:通过对透水混凝土试块打磨并拍摄图像,利用MATLAB、IMAGE PROPLUS与IMAGE J对透水混凝土截面孔隙进行二值化处理与分析,获得孔隙面积、分形维数等参数,分析骨料粒径、水灰比对等效孔径大小及分形维数的影响,并研究了孔隙分形维数与实测孔隙率的关系。结果表明,粗骨料最大粒径和透水混凝土的目标孔隙率是影响透水混凝土内部孔径及分形维数的主要因素,而水灰比对其影响很小。实测孔隙率能达到目标孔隙率的85%以上,与孔隙分形维数呈现良好的线性关系。Through polishing permeable concrete blocks and shooting images,the cross-section pores of permeable concrete are binarized and analyzed by MATLAB,IMAGE PROPLUS and IMAGE J,and obtained the pore area and fractal dimension.Analysis bone particle size,water cement ratio pore gap large and fractional number shadow,and the relationship between pore fractal dimension and measured porosity is studied.The results show that the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate and the target porosity of pervious concrete are the main factors affecting the internal pore size and fractal dimension of pervious concrete,while the water cement ratio has little effect on it.The measured porosity can reach more than 85%of the target porosity,showing a good linear relationship with pore fractal dimension.
