摘  要:利用工业CT对两种多孔混凝土进行了CT无损扫描,分别获取试件的CT扫描图像。利用图像处理技术提取了多孔混凝土的孔隙并定量表征了孔隙结构特征信息。对比分析了括孔隙率、孔隙间距、孔隙面积、孔隙长短轴比及孔隙形状因子等,最后研究了孔隙率与孔隙间距的相关关系。Non-destructive testing of porous concrete composed of two different uses and different particle sizes was carried out,and tomographic images of porous concrete specimens were obtained.Image processing techniques are used to separate the pores of porous concrete and extract a series of information that characterizes the pore structure.Statistical comparison and analysis of pore structure characteristics,including porosity,pore spacing,pore area,pore length to axial ratio and pore shape factor.Finally,the relationship between porosity and pore spacing is studied.
