摘  要:页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土在保温隔热绿色建材及装配式建筑等领域具有广阔的应用前景,而其节能效果尚未有研究报道。采用传热学方法,以重庆地区为例,计算了页岩陶粒和页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土墙板的产出比和保温隔热效应、普通民用建筑物服役过程中所产生的节能效果、页岩陶粒生产企业的产能与所对应的节能效果,可为页岩陶粒推广和开发利用提供基础数据和理论支撑。Shale ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete can be prospectively applied in thermal insulation type green building materials and prefabricated buildings.But the energy-saving effects haven′t been reporeted.In this work,the output-to-input ratio,thermal insulation and energy saving effects of shale ceramsite and shale ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete wallboard(SCW)was calculated by utilizing heat transfer method.The energy-saving effects in the service life of ordinary residual buildings are also calculated taking Chongqing district as an example.The capacity and corresponded energy-saving effects of shale ceramisite manufacturer were also investigated.This work can provide basic data and theoretical support for the development and utilization of shale ceramsite.
