摘 要:植生混凝土是一种新型材料,有广阔的发展前景,但缺乏规范统一的制备工艺。根据植生混凝土特殊的结构特征,优选了裹浆法为植生混凝土的搅拌方法,采用裹浆法分别结合振动成型、插捣成型、静压成型3种成型方式制备植生混凝土,分析3种成型方式对植生混凝土性能的影响,确定了3种成型方式的最佳成型条件。结果表明,振动成型的最佳振动时间是8 s,插捣成型的最佳插捣次数是15次,静压成型的最佳成型压力是0.8 k N。对3种成型方法的最优成型效果进行对比,静压成型方法综合效果最优,静压成型可以使植生混凝土获得较高的强度和与设计孔隙率相近的孔隙率。As a new kind of material,plante concrete has a broad development prospect,but it lacks a standardized and unified preparation process.Based on the special structural characteristics of plant concrete,the mixing method of slurry wrapping method for plant concrete is optimized.Three kinds of forming methods,namely vibration forming,inserting and tamping forming and static pressure forming,were used to prepare the plante concrete,and the influences of the three forming methods on the properties of the plant concrete were analyzed,and the optimum forming conditions of the three forming methods were determined.The results show that the best vibration time of vibration forming is 8 s,the best number of inserting and tamping forming is 15 times,and the best forming pressure of static press forming is 0.8 k N.The optimum forming effect of the three methods was compared,and the comprehensive effect of the static pressing method was the best.The static pressing method could make the plante concrete obtain higher strength and porosity similar to the design porosity.
