摘  要:2011年,新技术矿产的概念首次提出,目前逐渐被业界认可;2018年,随着矿业裂解时代的到来,新技术矿产产业迎来了重大的战略发展机遇。当前,人类社会正在从“硅时代”向“碳时代”过渡,能源革命、生命科学、信息技术、新材料等将使得矿产品需求发生重大调整,新技术矿产产业迈入长期成长通道。面对新的发展机遇,矿业企业需要在尊重矿业规律的基础上,提高矿业公司跨周期调整能力,保持战略定力,注重内涵式发展,更加重视科技创新,加强新技术矿产资源和产业布局,努力构建自主可控的矿业产业链供应链,在保障国家资源安全方面发挥好应有的使命与责任。In 2011,the concept of new technology minerals is put forward for the first time and has been gradually recognized by the industry since.In 2018,it is proposed that the mining industry is stepping into the era of divergence,during which the new technology minerals industry will welcome great development opportunities,and the theory has received considerable attention.At present,the human society is transitioning from the silicon age to the carbon age.Energy revolution,life sciences,information technology and new materials have brought about major adjustments in the demand for mineral products,and the new technology minerals industry has entered a long-term growth channel.Mining enterprises,in the face of new development opportunities and on the premise of respecting mining industry's development laws,need to improve their cross-cycle adjustment ability,uphold the strategies,highlight development at the core and put more emphasis on scientific and technological innovation.The mining enterprises need to strengthen the new technology minerals resources and industrial layout,and strive to build independent and controllable industrial chain and supply chain,taking on its due mission and responsibility in ensuring national resource security.
