定向钻孔预抽突出煤层煤巷条带瓦斯技术研究

摘　　要：为缓解突出煤层矿井采掘衔接紧张的问题,实现煤巷掘进前快速消突的目标,针对传统瓦斯抽采消突方法存在的施工周期长、成本高的问题,本文提出利用定向钻孔预抽突出煤层煤巷条带瓦斯,采用空气复合定向钻进技术解决突出煤层定向长钻孔钻进的难题,并研制选型了配套的空气复合定向钻进装备。青龙煤矿试验结果表明:该技术装备成孔效果显著,攻克了钻孔施工过程中存在的钻孔轨迹精确控制、下斜孔高效排渣、空气螺杆钻具正常运转等技术难题,定向长钻孔抽采瓦斯流量大、浓度高,其中,21608轨顺钻场已抽采瓦斯200万m^(3);21601运顺钻场瓦斯抽采达标,经区域效果检验合格后已安全掘进,研究结果为碎软突出煤层煤巷条带消突提供了新的思路。In order to alleviate the tight connection between mining and excavation in outburst coal seam and realize the goal of rapid outburst elimination before coal roadway excavation,aiming at the problems of long construction period and high cost of traditional gas drainage and outburst elimination methods,this paper proposes to use directional drilling to pre extract the strip gas in outburst coal seam coal roadway,and use air composite directional drilling technology to solve the problem of directional long drilling in outburst coal seam.The matching air compound directional drilling equipment is developed and selected.The test results of Qinglong coal mine show that the drilling effect of the technical equipment is remarkable,and the technical problems existing in the drilling construction process,such as accurate control of drilling trajectory,efficient slag removal of downward inclined hole and normal operation of air screw drilling tool,have been overcome.The directional long drilling hole has large gas flow and high concentration,of which two million m^(3) of gas has been extracted in 21608 trackside drilling yard.21601 trackside drilling site has reached the gas drainage standard and has been safely excavated after passing the regional effect inspection.The research results provide a new idea for coal roadway strip outburst elimination in broken soft outburst coal seam.
