摘 要:船舶的大型化与高强钢在船舶建造中的应用,导致船舶在航行过程中易发生波激振动,增大了船体结构疲劳破坏的风险。目前,基于谱分析的疲劳损伤计算方法是相对较为精确的船舶疲劳评估方法,但此种方法的工作量巨大,给实际应用带来了许多不便。而设计波法的计算效率高,但其累积损伤结果相对偏小,可能给船舶疲劳安全带来安全隐患。本文基于传统的设计波法,提出了一种计及波激振动的船舶结构疲劳损伤计算方法,并用该方法对一艘集装箱船的典型结构进行疲劳评估,给出了各计算热点的累积损伤值。将该方法所得结果与谱分析法和试验计算所得的结果比较可知,本方法所得结果与试验结果符合较好,验证了本文提出的方法是合理可靠的。因此,本文提出的新方法能够高效可靠地计算考虑波激振动的船舶结构疲劳损伤。With the scale of ships increasing and the application of high-strength steel in ship construction,the ship is prone to springing during navigation,which increases the risk of fatigue damage of the hull structure.At present,the fatigue damage calculation method based on spectrum analysis is a relatively accurate method for ship fatigue assessment,but this method costs workload and brings many inconveniences in practical application.The design wave method has high computational efficiency,but its cumulative damage results are relatively small,which may bring potential hazards to ship fatigue safety.Therefore,based on the traditional design wave method,a method of fatigue damage calculation of the ship structure was proposed,which takes account of wave-induced vibration.And this method was used to carry out fatigue assessment on several typical structures of a container ship,and the cumulative damage value of each calculation hot spot was given.By comparing the results of this method with those of spectral analysis and experimental calculation,it can be seen that the results of this method are in good agreement with the experimental results,which proves that the method proposed in this paper is reasonable and reliable.The new proposed method can efficiently and reliably calculate the fatigue damage of the ship structures considering springing.
