摘　　要：以满足石油化工项目全寿命周期管理需求为目标,论述石化项目数字化的必要性,并对三维可视化管理应用进行探讨。利用数字化工具进行精益化管理,强化过程控制,提升管理效率,实现降本增效、提质增效。The article aims to meet the life cycle management needs of petrochemical projects,discusses the necessity of digitization of petrochemical projects,and discusses the application of three-dimensional visualization management.Use digital tools to effectively carry out lean management,strengthen process control,improve management efficiency,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and improvement of quality and efficiency.
