摘 要:通过化学碱水解法从聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)制得聚天冬氨酸(PASP)。引入1-乙基-3-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺(EDC)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)后,通过取代反应接枝苯磺酸基团,制得聚天冬氨酸衍生聚合物PASP-SAA。最终通过引入交联剂1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚,制备PASP-SAA水凝胶。通过对PASP-SAA水凝胶进行溶胀和力学性能测试,凝胶交联密度高,溶胀性较低,形态稳定性好,断裂强度约为3.8MPa,断裂伸长率为700%,具有良好的能量分散性和自回复性能。引入的苯磺酸基团,有效改善PASP-SAA凝胶的离子导电性,电导率为5.65mS/cm,其作为全固态柔性超级电容器的电解质极具潜力。Hydrogel is a kind of soft material with three-dimensional polymer network and high water content.Polyaspartic acid(PASP)was prepared from polysuccinimide(PSI)by chemical alkali hydrolysis.Polyaspartic acid derived polymer pasp-saa was prepared by grafting benzene sulfonic acid group with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide(EDC)and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS)through substitution reaction.Finally,PASP-SAA hydrogel was prepared by introducing crosslinking agent 1,4-butanediol two glycidyl ether.The structure and composition of pasp-saa polymer were analyzed by NMR.The morphology and were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope.Swelling and mechanical properties of PASP-SAA hydrogel were tested.The gel crosslinking density was high,swelling property was low,morphology stability was good,fracture strength was about 3.8MPa,elongation at break was 700%,and had good energy dispersion and self recovery property.The benzene sulfonic acid group can effectively improve the ionic conductivity of PASP-SAA gel,and its value is 5.65mS/cm.It has great potential as electrolyte for all solid state flexible supercapacitors.
