摘 要:概述了高原缺氧环境供氧方式,结合相关领域供氧研究成果,分析了高原环境下的单人需氧量,结合4500m高原实地试验,测试了人员吸氧后的生理效应。结果表明:单人每分钟补充1L氧气,血氧饱和度平均提高13.8%,心率平均下降16.8%。对于高原4500m海拔,可按照单人补氧量1L/min,能够保证人员缺氧症状有效改善。This paper summarizes the oxygen supply mode in the anoxic environment at high altitude.Combined with the research results of oxygen supply in related fields,this paper analyzes the single person oxygen demand in the high altitude environment,and tests the physiological effects of personnel after oxygen inhalation combined with the field test at 4500 meters high altitude.The results showed that when a single person supplemented with 1 liter of oxygen per minute,the blood oxygen saturation increased by 13.8%and the heart rate decreased by 16.8%.For the altitude of 4500m on the plateau,the oxygen supplement of 1l/min per person can ensure the effective improvement of personnel's hypoxia symptoms.
