摘 要:采用废旧的棉、涤纶和涤棉混纺织物为主要原料,双组分聚酯(4080)纤维为黏结剂,通过织物开松、混合梳理、纤维铺网、针刺预加固以及热压成型工艺制得非织造再生复合材料。根据纤维原料的特点,探究了纤维成分、混合比例以及热压温度对复合材料表面形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的复合材料具有良好的力学性能,且影响力学性能的主次因素依次为纤维成分、混合比例、热压温度。In this study,waste cotton fabrics,polyester fabrics and polyester-cotton blended fabrics are used as the main raw materials,and two-component polyester(4080)fibers are used as the bonding part.Through the combination of non-woven processing technology and composite material processing technology,nonwoven recycled composite materials are produced through fabric opening,mixed carding,fiber web laying,needle punching pre-reinforcement and hot pressing.According to the characteristics of fiber raw materials,the effects of fiber composition,mixing ratio and hot pressing temperature on the surface morphology and mechanical properties of composite materials are explored.The experimental results show that the prepared composite material has good mechanical properties,and the main factors affecting the mechanical properties are fiber composition,mixing ratio,and hot pressing temperature in order.
