摘　　要：针对真丝绸面料涂料印花后手感和色牢度难以兼顾的问题,优选了涂料、黏合剂、增稠剂和牢度提升剂,研究了它们对真丝绸印花性能的影响。结果表明,优化设计的涂料印花工艺为:采用Imperon涂料、黏合剂AFP、增稠剂EP、柔软剂WT、牢度增进剂SP组成的印花色浆,印花织物色牢度与手感好,且成本较染料印花降低30%。In order to solve the poor hand feeling and fastness of silk fabric after pigment printing,the pigments,adhesives,thickeners,and fastness enhancers are screened,and their effects on pigment printing are studied.The results show that the color paste can impart the silk fabric good color fastness and soft hand feeling with Imperon pigment,binder AFP,thickener EP,softener WT and fastness improver SP.The cost of pigment printing can be lower by 30%compared with dye printing.
