摘 要:采用Lanasol活性染料对山羊绒纤维进行染色,解决纤维与肤批点同色性问题,并与传统染色工艺进行对比。结果表明:采用Lanasol活性染料,冰醋酸0.5%(omf),助剂XTR-23%(omf),95℃染色30 min,染得的产品K/S值、色光和色牢度与传统工艺基本一致,且同色效果较传统工艺提高2~3个等级,显著提升浅色山羊绒染色产品的质量。The cashmere fiber is dyed with Lanasol reactive dyes to achieve union-dyeing of the cashmere and its dander spot,and the dyeing results are compared with the traditional dyeing process.The results show that:using Lanasol reactive dye,glacial acetic acid 0.5%(omf),auxiliary XTR-23%(omf),dyeing at 95℃for 30 min,the K/S value,shade and color fastness of the dyed product are basically the same as those of traditional dyeing products,and the homochromaticity effect is improved by 2-3 grades compared with the traditional dyeing products,which significantly improves the quality of light-colored cashmere products.
