摘 要:采用液体分散染料对涤纶进行染色,优化了染色工艺,并考察了不同水洗工序对染色织物色牢度的影响。结果表明,液体分散染料蓝79在添加适量匀染剂、弱酸条件下,130℃保温染色10~40 min,可获得较好的染色性能。与粉状分散染料染色相比,液体分散染料的染色保温时间短;染色后的染色残液COD值低;即使染深色织物(染料质量分数5.0%),也可以不经还原清洗,其染色织物耐摩擦色牢度达4~5级,实现节能减排的目的。The polyester is dyed with liquid disperse dyes,the dyeing process is optimized,and the influence of different washing procedures on the color fastness of the dyed fabric is investigated.The results show that good dyeing performance can be obtained by using liquid Disperse Dye Blue 79 and appropriate amount of leveling agent under the weak acidic condition,and dyeing at 130℃for 10-40 min.Compared with powder disperse dyes,liquid disperse dyes have shorter dyeing time.The COD value of dyeing residue is low.Even if dyeing dark fabrics(5.0%of dyes),it can be washed without reduction.The color fastness to friction of the dyed fabric can reach Grade 4-5,which can save energy and reduce emission.
