双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯乙二胺盐对棉织物的阻燃整理

摘　　要：在温和的反应条件下,以双三羟甲基丙烷、POCl3和乙二胺为原料,合成一种高效无卤阻燃剂双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯乙二胺盐(FR)。测试结果表明,当FR质量分数为30%时,棉织物阻燃等级达到B1级,LOI达到33.4%,且可耐50次洗涤循环。阻燃棉的初始热降解温度为151.0℃,力学性能略有降低,但仍具有高效、耐久的阻燃性能。A halogen-free flame retardant bistrimethylolpropane phosphate ethylenediamine salt(FR)is synthesized with ditrimethylolpropane,POCl3 and ethylenediamine as raw materials under mild reaction conditions.The test results show that when the FR is 30%,the cotton fabric reaches flame retardant Grade B1 and LOI value of 33.4%.The finished fabric can withstand 50 washing cycles.The initial thermal degradation temperature of flame retardant cotton is 151.0℃,and the mechanical properties are slightly reduced,but it still has efficient and durable flame retardant properties.
