摘  要:以循环水养殖系统培育的马口鱼为亲本,采用人工催产和人工孵化技术,共收获成熟卵44万粒,获受精卵36.1万粒,孵出仔鱼24.5万尾,培育出水花苗18.5万尾,受精率为82%,孵化率为68%,出苗率为51%。采用池塘网箱培育苗种,全程投喂配合饲料,经224 d养殖,共培育出马口鱼320.1 kg,约3.3万尾,平均体质量9.7 g。该试验为马口鱼网箱培育苗种和鱼种养殖提供了基础数据。This experiment used the Opsariichthys bidens cultivated in recirculating aquaculture system as parents to breed fries. The results showed that 440 000 eggs and 361 000 fertilized eggs were obtained, then 245 000 larvae were hatched and 185 000 seedlings were cultivated. The fertilization rate was 82.05%, the incubation rate was 67.87%, and the seedling rate was 51.25%. After 224 days of breeding in cage, used with compound feed during the whole experiment, 320.1 kg Opsariichthys bidens were obtained, with an average weight of 9.7g per tail. This experiment provided the basic data for the cage breeding of Opsariichthys bidens.
