摘  要:评估了榴莲、麝香、丁香、阿魏提取液和二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭单独或复合诱食剂对花鳅摄食行为的诱导作用。试验结果显示,对花鳅诱食效果最佳的单一诱食剂为榴莲提取液,最优使用量为饲料质量的1.00%;对花鳅诱食效果最佳的复合诱食剂为榴莲+麝香提取液,混合比例为1∶1,最优使用量为饲料质量的1.00%;复合诱食剂效果优于单一诱食剂。The induction effects of food attractants(Durio zibethinus, Moschus sifanicus, Syringa oblate, Ferula sinkiangensis and Dimethyl-beta-propiothetin) on the feeding behavior of Cobitis taenis were tested. The results showed that D. zibethinus extract was the best single attractant for C. taenis, the optimal amount was 1.00% of feed quality. D. zibethinus add M. sifanicus extract was the best compound attractor for C. taenis, the mixing ratio is 1∶1, the optimal amount was 1.00% of feed quality. The effect of compound attractant was better than that of single attractant.
