摘 要:低碳钢经冷轧后,随着变形量的不断增大,低碳钢内板条马氏体取向不断趋于一致,层状界面使材料的强度得到显著提高。对变形量为60%、70%、80%的三种冷轧低碳钢板的的疲劳性能进行了分析,得到应力-循环次数曲线。分析表明,冷轧低碳钢板的循环次数随着变形量的增大而增加,基本都会达到高周疲劳。在相同的应力水平下,变形量大的冷轧低碳钢板疲劳寿命长,符合层状复合材料偏轴疲劳损伤理论。After the mild steel is cold-rolled,with the continuous increase of the deformation,the orientation of the martensite in the mild steel is constantly converging,and the layered interface greatly improves the strength of the material.The fatigue performances of three cold-rolled mild steel plates with deformations of 60%,70%,and 80% were analyzed,and the stress-cycle number curves were obtained.Analysis shows that the cycle number of cold-rolled mild steel plate increases with the increase of deformation,and basically reaches high cycle fatigue.Under the same stress level,the cold-rolled mild steel plate with large deformation has a long fatigue life,which conforms to the off-axis fatigue damage theory of laminar composite material.
