摘  要:针对目前国内轴承生产厂商轴承摩擦力矩检测技术发展缓慢,以及重型卡车轮毂轴承摩擦力矩检测成本昂贵、要求精度高、操作复杂等问题,对重型卡车轮毂轴承的主要组成结构和摩擦力矩产生原理进行了分析,在此基础上设计了一套可应用于生产线的重型卡车轮毂轴承摩擦力矩在线检测系统。介绍了这一检测系统的输送线、顶升装置、下压检测装置、测控系统,给出了这一检测系统的技术参数。通过样机研制与测量试验,确认这一检测系统操作简单,测量结果准确,可应用于重型卡车轮毂轴承生产。In view of the slow development of detection technology of bearing friction torque for domestic bearing manufacturer,as well as the high cost,high accuracy requirements and complex operation for friction torque detection of heavy truck wheel hub bearing,the main component structure and generation principle of friction torque of heavy truck wheel hub bearing had been studied.Based on this analysis,a set of on-line detection system for friction torque of heavy truck wheel hub bearing that can be applied to the production line was designed.The conveying line,jacking device,down pressure detection device,measuring and control system of this detection system were introduced,and the technical parameters of this detection system were given.Through prototype development and measurement tests,it is confirmed that this detection system is easy for operation and accurate in measurement results,and can be applied to the production of heavy truck wheel hub bearing.
