谱写交通强国青海篇章背景下海东市“十四五”交通发展规划的思考与对策

摘　　要：“十四五”时期是我国开启全面建设社会主义现代化新征程的第一个五年期,是全省交通运输行业深入践行高质量发展理念,奋力谱写交通强国青海篇章的关键五年,更是海东市加速建设兰西城市群中部崛起城市的重要阶段。在面临新阶段、新形势、新矛盾等一系列新情况下,分析当前海东市交通发展情况、发展特征及存在问题的基础上,探讨“十四五”海东市交通运输发展的总体思路,并从完善交通网规划、优化交通枢纽布局方面提出发展策略。The 14^(th) Five-Year Plan period launches the Five-Year plan for constructing a socialist country in all respects,its the critical five years for Qinghai province to implementing high-quality industry development and building Qinghai Chapter about China with strong transportation network,its also the key stage for Haidong to speeding up as the rising city in central Lan-Xi City Area construction.Under the new condition of facing the new stage,new situation and new problems,Having analyzed the fundamental state,development characteristics and problems of transportation about Haidong,some thoughts were come up on how to development transportation system during the 14^(th) Five-Year Plan period in Haidong.The development strategies were further proposed from the perspective of improving transportation network planning and optimized lay out of the traffic hinge.
