静脉注射用丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙冲击治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:研究用静脉注射用丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙对原发免疫性血小板减少症患者进行冲击治疗的效果。方法:选取桂平市人民医院2017年12月至2020年12月期间收治的36例原发免疫性血小板减少症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组和对照组。用甲泼尼龙对对照组患者进行冲击治疗,用静脉注射用丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙对观察组患者进行冲击治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者血小板计数恢复正常的时间和出血停止的时间均短于对照组患者,其血小板计数、血红蛋白的水平和白细胞计数均高于对照组患者,其不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用静脉注射用丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙对原发免疫性血小板减少症患者进行冲击治疗的效果显著,能有效地改善其血小板计数、血红蛋白的水平和白细胞计数,且能减少单独应用甲泼尼龙所导致的不良反应。Objective:To study the impact therapy effect of intravenous gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone on patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia.Methods:A total of 36 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia who were admitted to Guiping People’s Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone,and the observation group was treated with intravenous gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone,and then the clinical efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the time of platelet count returning to normal and bleeding stop in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the platelet count,hemoglobin level and white blood cell count were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions wa s lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Impact therapy with intravenous gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone has a significant effect on patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia,which can effectively improve platelet count,hemoglobin level and white blood cell count,and reduce the adverse reactions caused by methylprednisolone alone.
