摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受血栓性外痔切除术的血栓性外痔患者进行复方亚甲蓝局部浸润麻醉的效果。方法:选取在昆明市中医医院接受血栓性外痔切除术的血栓性外痔患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。在手术过程中,对观察组患者进行复方亚甲蓝局部浸润麻醉,对对照组患者进行骶管麻醉。然后对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果:麻醉后,两组患者中麻醉效果分级为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者的占比相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者比较,观察组患者各种药物毒性反应、尿潴留的发生率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受血栓性外痔切除术的血栓性外痔患者进行复方亚甲蓝局部浸润麻醉可取得良好的麻醉效果,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of compound methylene blue local infiltration anesthesia in patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:80 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoidectomy in Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.During the operation,patients in the observation group were given compound methylene blue local infiltration anesthesia,while patients in the control group were given sacral anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was then compared.Results:After anesthesia,there was no statistical significance in the proportion of patients with gradeⅰ,ⅱ,ⅲandⅳin the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with control group,the incidence of drug toxicity and urinary retention in observation group was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound methylene blue local infiltration anesthesia for thrombotic external hemorrhoidectomy patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoidec tomy can achieve good anesthesia effect and high safety.
