局部药物注射疗法配合小针刀疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病对患者CASCS及VAS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨用局部药物注射疗法配合小针刀疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病对患者颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法:选取通城县人民医院收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。采用小针刀疗法对两组患者进行治疗。在此基础上,采用局部药物注射疗法对观察组患者进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、CASCS评分、VAS评分及生存质量。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者的CASCS评分、VAS评分、心理状态评分、心理健康评分、社会功能评分及情感职能评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,观察组患者的CASCS评分高于对照组患者,其VAS评分、心理状态评分、心理健康评分、社会功能评分及情感职能评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:采用局部药物注射疗法配合小针刀疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者进行治疗的效果显著,可改善其CASCS评分、VAS评分及生存质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of local drug injection therapy combined with small needle knife therapy on clinical evaluation Scale(CASCS)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores of cervical spondylopathy patients.Methods:100 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Tongcheng County People’s Hospital were selected as the research object.These patients were randomly and averagely divided into control group and observation group.Two groups of patients were treated with small needle knife therapy.On this basis,the observation group was treated with local drug injection therapy.Then,the clinical efficacy,CASCS score,VAS score and quality of life of 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,CASCS score,VAS score,psychological state score,mental health score,social function score and emotional function score of 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,CASCS score of observation group was higher than control group,VAS score,psychological state score,mental health score,social function score and emotional function score were lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Local drug injection therapy combined with small needle knife therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with radiculopathy,which can improve their CASCS score,VAS score and quality of life.
