用超声技术诊断小儿肠套叠及用超声引导下水压灌肠疗法治疗该病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用超声技术诊断小儿肠套叠及用超声引导下水压灌肠疗法治疗该病的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年6月期间深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院收治的242例疑似患有肠套叠的患儿作为研究对象。为这些患儿均使用超声技术诊断肠套叠。观察为这些患儿使用超声技术诊断肠套叠的准确率。为病情被确诊为肠套叠的患儿使用超声引导下水压灌肠复位疗法进行治疗。然后观察这些患儿肠管复位成功的情况。结果:为这些患儿使用超声技术诊断肠套叠的准确率为100%。为这些患儿使用超声引导下水压灌肠复位疗法进行治疗后,其肠管复位的成功率为98.91%。结论:使用超声技术诊断小儿肠套叠的准确率高。用超声引导下水压灌肠疗法治疗小儿肠套叠的肠管复位成功率较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasonic diagnosis of intussusception in children and ultrasound-guided hydraulic enema therapy in the treatment of intussusception.Methods:FROM January 2019 to June 2020,242 children suspected of intussusception in Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen were selected as research subjects.Intussusception was diagnosed by ultrasound in all of these children.The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of intussusception was observed in these children.Children diagnosed with intussusception were treated with ultrasound-guided hydraulic enema reduction.The children were then observed for successful bowel reduction.Results:The accuracy of ultrasound in diagnosing intussusception in these children was 100%.The success rate of bowel reduction was 98.91%in these children who were treated with ultrasource-guided hydraulic enema reduction.Conclusion:Ultrasonic diagnosis of intussusception in children has high accuracy.The rate of bowel reduction in children with intussus ception is higher by ultrasound-guided hydraulic enema.
