摘　　要：目的:探讨使用西咪替丁片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月期间西安市高陵区妇幼保健院收治的44例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将这些患儿分为参照组(n=22)和研究组(n=22)。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为参照组患者使用双歧杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗,为研究组患者使用西咪替丁片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗。然后观察两组患儿治疗的效果、血清CD3^(+)的水平、血清CD4^(+)的水平、血清CD8^(+)的水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)。结果:治疗后,研究组患儿治疗的总有效率、血清CD3^(+)的水平、血清CD4^(+)的水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于参照组患儿,其血清CD8^(+)的水平低于参照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:使用西咪替丁片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的效果显著,可提高患儿的免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of cimetidine tablets combined with bifidobacterium triple viable tablets in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods:A total of 44 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to Gaoling District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xi‘an from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.These children were divided into reference group(n=22)and study group(n=22)according to random number table method.Routine treatment was performed in both groups.On this basis,patients in the reference group were treated with bifidobacterium triplex viable tablets,and patients in the research group were treated with cimetidine tablets combined with bifidobacterium triplex viable tablets.Then the treatment effect,serum CD3^(+)level,serum CD4^(+)level,serum CD8^(+)level and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,serum CD3^(+)level,serum CD4^(+)level and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,while the serum CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cimetidine tablets combined with bifidobacterium triplex viable tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,and can improve the immune function of children.
